7/24/09 I received this tv is impressive a week ago from Amazon and delivery service is a nice TV and the picture! The problem is when I turned off the morning or when sitting for more than a few hours and turn it on, there is no sound? Should I turn off and again before the sound kicks in, I repeatedly contacted Amazon and they tell me that I turn to Sony, and trouble shoot the problem yourself with them! And I have a number of Sony succeed in demonstrating that I contacted them. This is ridiculous and an insult to think that I'm that kind of money for a product from Amazon and one weeks into it, I have a problem with the TV with an error and would like to contact Sony and take time out of my days sitting This waiting , waiting for an artisan to arrive at his convenience? Amazon should REPLC this TV in a minute! I'm really at Amazon for their way of dealing with this situation and think someone should ask disappointed
