I love this TV. I'm sure I would feel differently if I had not updated the firmware before I even tried to use it, but when I did - I LOVE THIS TV! I will try to put the link for the update at the bottom of this review, but Amazon may have a policy to delete the links in reviews. If this happens, go to [...] and follow the link to that model. You will eventually find the update. Download it to a jump drive and plug the back door (the only one that has USB) with the TV and turn on the television, and things will take care of themselves.
